Challenge accepted !! 
Sahara Desert Trek 2026 for Alzheimer's Society.

I came across this challenge completely by chance and immediately felt it was something I needed to invest my time and effort in as this charity is close to my heart. This Trek will take me out of my comfort zone both physically and mentally. 
I have family members (Grandmother, uncle & very Dear friend) who have passed away from Alzheimer's and at this present time I have a Dear Aunt and close family friends who are living day to day with this devastating disease.

I am taking on this Trek with a special friend who's Dad is also living with Dementia.  

Dementia is one of the biggest killers in the UK. 
It affects individuals and devastates them & their families lives. 

Every 3 minutes someone in the Uk develops Dementia. 

As we prepare for the Sahara Desert Trek we will be holding several fund raising events throughtout 2026. Look out for our future events. Please help us by supporting wherever possible. Every single penny will bring us closer to our target.
